Dive into a swim experience with Sarah Freeman Coaching’s Women’s Swim Clinics in Canmore, Alberta. At the heart of each clinic lies a blend of technique-focused swim training, personal connection, swimming with gratitude, and confidence-building that goes beyond the pool and open water.
Led by Sarah Freeman, NCCP-certified swim coach and PCC CPCC life coach, each clinic incorporates skill-building in the water. As you improve your stroke, breathe easier, and build strength, you’ll connect deeply with a supportive community of women.
More than just swimming, these clinics offer a space to grow, gently building confidence, meeting challenges with heart, and uncovering the quiet strength that flows through open water and daily life alike.

Each session is limited to just eight intermediate-to-advanced women swimmers to keep the experience personal and supportive.
