Girls Who Rise Together Workshop

Girls Who Rise Together Workshop

Empowering confidence, leadership, and belonging in and beyond the water.

Girls Who Rise Together is a 60–90 minute dryland workshop designed for girls aged 12–18 who are swimmers, whether they’re part of a swim team, club, or swim-based organization.

Through real stories, open conversations, and empowering peer connection, girls explore what confidence, equity, voice, and leadership really look like in sport and in themselves.

Together, we break down the barriers girls face in swimming, body changes, suit discomfort, periods, and pressure, and build a space where girls feel seen, strong, and supported. From power word icebreakers to ripple action walls and peer mentorship, this workshop creates the kind of team culture where every girl rises and lifts others with her.

“Where dreams begin and ripples never end.”

Part of Swim It Forward

Girls Who Rise Together is part of the Swim It Forward movement, an initiative that supports young women aged 18–30 who have faced adversity and are ready to chase their swim dream.

This workshop builds confidence and connection in younger swimmers and creates ripples that reach far beyond the pool.

5% of proceeds from every Girls Who Rise Together workshop go directly to Swim It Forward, helping fund mentorship, training, and financial support for two young women each year, giving them the boost they need to rise into their swim dream.

Because when one girl rises, she lifts generations with her.
