Women’s Swim Clinics

Join our Women’s Swim Clinics and dive into a space where women support, uplift, and grow together!

Dive into a swim experience with Sarah Freeman Coaching’s Women’s Swim Clinics. At the heart of each clinic lies a blend of technique-focused swim training, personal connection, swimming with gratitude, and confidence-building that goes beyond the pool and open water.

Led by Sarah Freeman, NCCP-certified swim coach and PCC CPCC life coach, each clinic incorporates skill-building in the water. As you improve your stroke, breathe easier, and build strength, you’ll connect deeply with a supportive community of women.

More than just swimming, these clinics offer a space to grow, gently building confidence, meeting challenges with heart, and uncovering the quiet strength that flows through open water and daily life alike.

We’re heading outside! This summer, our Women’s Swim Clinics are moving from the pool to the open water, with two special sessions in Canmore, Alberta, starting in late June and July. These 60-minute clinics are designed specifically for intermediate swimmers—women who have some open water experience and are ready to build on their skills, gain confidence, and connect with others who love swimming.

Each session is limited to just six participants to keep the experience personal and supportive. With Coach Sarah guiding from her paddleboard (and occasionally joining you in the water), you’ll explore technique, mindset, and the unique rhythm of open water swimming in the Rocky Mountains. Keep scrolling for dates and details. And if you’re seeking a little more adventure in August, don’t miss the Open Water Women’s Swim Adventure listed above under swim coaching.

Is this swim clinic for you?

The women’s swim clinic is more than just a place to refine our swim strokes, it’s a supportive community that fuels confidence and connection. It’s a chance to learn how to build strength in the water alongside other women swimmers who inspire and encourage each other every stroke. Whether you aim to improve technique, gain confidence to do your first or your 50th triathlon, open water swim, or find a space to recharge, this clinic offers a blend of skill-building and empowerment that feels deeply fulfilling.
