As a certified Co-Active Coach (CPCC, PCC) and NCCP swim coach with over 20 years of coaching experience, this work blends mindset coaching with grounded conversation, reflection, and practical support through life’s evolving seasons. The principles of Co-Active Coaching have been deeply woven into my approach to swim coaching for years — supporting not only performance in the water, but growth, resilience, self-awareness, and perspective beyond it.

My work is shaped by lived experience as an endurance athlete and someone who understands the realities of navigating change, leadership, ambition, and rebuilding through different seasons of life.

Whether you are moving through a career shift, leadership growth, relationship changes, personal reinvention, or feeling called toward something new, these coaching sessions are designed to help you reconnect with clarity, resilience, and your next steps forward.

This approach is deeply influenced by the lessons of endurance swimming, learning how to pace yourself, adapt, stay present through uncertainty, and recognize when rest is needed. In the water, we learn to listen: at the wall between sets, in recovery, in the moments when the body asks for pause, and in the awareness that comes afterward. Those same lessons often extend far beyond sport and into everyday life.

Coaching sessions are conversational, supportive, and personalized to where you are right now. There is no long-term commitment or structured program. Book one session or book as many as required for you!

Session Details

  • Coaching investment (60 minutes): $150 CAD

  • Virtual or in-person by arrangement

  • 48-hour cancellation notice required; anything less full charge of the coaching session
