I am Sarah Freeman, the CEO of Sarah Freeman Coaching. I have been living in the Bow Valley with my family for over 16 years. In 2022 I brought a dream to life and started the Fearless Warrior Pool Swim event, which is in its second year. This event was brought to life through my passion for community and living an active life through swimming and coaching adults.

The Fearless Warrior Pool Swim event will launch on May 7, 2023, at Elevation Place in Canmore.

This is a unique grassroots swim event to create community, connection, and new friendships and to encourage each other to do their best in and out of the water! This event has 2 options: 500 m 6 laps of the perimeter of the pool or 1900m 22 laps of the perimeter of the pool

The purpose of the Fearless Warrior Pool swim event is to grow the swimming community in the Bow Valley and beyond. This will be a fun event to test out your training, meet new swim friends, create community, and support local businesses, and it will be one big family swimming together run by the Freeman Family.

Few high-level details for the Fearless Warrior Pool Swim event:

No timing, you bring a lap counter buddy!
Morning swim, but not too early 8:30 am on the pool deck ready to swim!
Amazing local business prizes
There is no other pool swim event like this to date in Alberta!
Openwater concept in the pool, no lane ropes you swim the parameter of the pool
Pull buoys are optional or floaty shorts!
This event is for adult swimmers 18 +
The event schedule will be emailed to you closer to the event date
Refund Policy:
No refunds, or deferrals.
Rollover Policy:
You may roll over your registration to our 2024 event BEFORE April 7, 2023.
